Bodo is billed based on your monthly volume of outgoing support emails. Every plan includes the core Bodo workflow for structured customer communication.
Reminders, to-dos, voice messages, file handling, notes and customer history are included. Add AI, chatbot automation, newsletters or additional staff IDs only when you need them.

Want to test Bodo with your own company environment and your own mailbox? We can prepare a personal 14-day company trial for you. During the trial period, there is no Bodo software subscription fee and no credit card is required.
Standard onboarding is included and covers the normal setup required to prepare your Bodo environment for testing. A tailored company-specific AI knowledge setup, extensive data preparation and other individual implementation work are not included.
If you decide to continue after the trial, your selected Bodo plan is billed monthly. There is no minimum contract term and you can cancel at the end of any monthly billing period.

Bodo AI Editor
+CHF 249/month — AI-powered reply suggestions, translation, rewriting and tone improvement directly inside Bodo. A separate OpenAI account is required. API usage is billed directly between you and OpenAI. The monthly add-on does not include a tailored company-specific AI knowledge setup.
WhatsApp/Instagram Chatbot
+CHF 200/month — automated replies, lead pre-qualification and forwarding to your Bodo ticket inbox.A separate OpenAI account is required. API usage is billed directly between you and OpenAI.
Newsletter Tool
+CHF 150/month — newsletter sending, analytics for opens and clicks, plus template management.
Additional staff IDs
+CHF 99/month per additional ID — for additional team members such as consultants, assistants or support staff.
AI Professional Onboarding
Standard Bodo onboarding is included. If you want Bodo AI to be configured specifically for your company, we offer an optional AI Professional Onboarding package.
This can include preparation of company information and source files, a tailored AI knowledge setup, initial prompt configuration, tone of voice and reply rules, first-answer testing and initial optimization.
AI Professional Onboarding: CHF 1,500 net one-time
The one-time onboarding work remains in place if you continue using Bodo after the 14-day trial. Additional customer-specific work outside the agreed AI Professional Onboarding scope is billed only when required and agreed in advance at CHF 150 net per hour.
VAT and invoicing
All prices are listed in CHF and exclude VAT. Swiss VAT (8.1%) applies only to customers based in Switzerland. EU business customers are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism. All other international customers are invoiced without VAT.
International payments
International payments are processed in CHF. Your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency.
