Reminders, to-dos, voice messages, file handling, notes and customer history are included. Add AI, chatbot automation, newsletters or additional staff IDs only when you need them.

Want to test Bodo with your own company environment and your own mailbox? We can prepare a personal 14-day company trial for you. During the trial period, there is no Bodo software subscription fee and no credit card is required.
Standard onboarding is included and covers the technical activation needed to test Bodo with your own company environment. Individual implementation work, such as contact forms, custom workflows, AI knowledge setup or data preparation, is optional and quoted separately.
If you decide to continue after the trial, your selected Bodo plan is billed monthly. There is no minimum contract term and you can cancel at the end of any monthly billing period.

Bodo AI Editor
+CHF 249/month — AI-powered reply suggestions, translation, rewriting and tone improvement directly inside Bodo. A separate OpenAI account is required. API usage is billed directly between you and OpenAI. The monthly add-on does not include a tailored company-specific AI knowledge setup.
WhatsApp/Instagram Chatbot
+CHF 200/month — automated replies, lead pre-qualification and forwarding to your Bodo ticket inbox.A separate OpenAI account is required. API usage is billed directly between you and OpenAI.
Newsletter Tool
+CHF 150/month — newsletter sending, analytics for opens and clicks, plus template management.
Additional staff IDs

Professional Implementation & Setup
Standard onboarding is included and covers the technical activation of your Bodo environment. It includes one administrator access, basic platform activation and connection of one existing, prepared mailbox for testing.
Many companies prefer assistance with their individual setup. This can include contact forms, signatures, reply templates, staff access, workflow configuration, company information, AI knowledge and team handover.
The following are not included in standard onboarding: creating mailboxes, domain or DNS assistance, custom contact forms, data preparation or migration, multiple staff setup, individual training, custom automations and company-specific AI configuration.
Guided Setup
Up to 5 hours of individual implementation support. Suitable for a prepared existing mailbox, a contact form, basic workflow configuration, signatures, reply templates and a short handover.
CHF 750 net one-time
AI Professional Onboarding
Up to 10 hours for company information and source files, tailored AI knowledge, initial prompts, tone of voice, reply rules, testing and initial optimization.
CHF 1,500 net one-time
Any work outside the agreed package scope is billed only with prior approval at CHF 150 net per hour, in 30-minute increments. For larger or more complex implementations, we provide an individual quote before work begins.
VAT and invoicing
All prices are listed in CHF and exclude VAT. Swiss VAT (8.1%) applies only to customers based in Switzerland. EU business customers are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism. All other international customers are invoiced without VAT.
International payments
International payments are processed in CHF. Your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency.
