Transparent, volume-based pricing
Bodo is billed based on your monthly volume of outgoing support emails. All plans include the full Bodo feature set (AI assistant, reminders, to-dos, voice messages, file handling, notes, etc.). Billing is per company / location.

Extras: Every additional email beyond your plan limit: CHF 1.00 per outgoing mail. From a certain volume onward, it is more cost-effective to upgrade to the next plan.
Optional add-ons (available for all plans)
- WhatsApp/Instagram Chatbot: +CHF 200/month – automated replies, lead pre-qualification and forwarding to your Bodo ticket inbox.
- Newsletter Tool: +CHF 150/month – newsletter sending, analytics (opens/clicks) and template management.
- Additional staff IDs: +CHF 99/month per additional ID – for additional team members (consultants, assistants, support staff).
All prices are listed in CHF and exclude VAT. Swiss VAT (8.1%) applies only to customers based in Switzerland. EU business customers are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism. All other international customers are charged without VAT.
International payments are processed in CHF. Your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency.
