Bodo is billed based on your monthly volume of outgoing support emails. Every plan includes the core Bodo workflow for structured customer communication.
Reminders, to-dos, voice messages, file handling, notes and customer history are included. Add AI, chatbot automation, newsletters or additional staff IDs only when you need them.

Select the plan that matches your expected number of outgoing support emails per month. From a certain volume onward, upgrading to the next plan is usually more cost-effective.

Bodo AI Editor
+CHF 249/month — AI-powered reply suggestions, translation, rewriting and tone improvement directly inside Bodo. A separate OpenAI account is required. API usage is billed directly between you and OpenAI.
WhatsApp/Instagram Chatbot
+CHF 200/month — automated replies, lead pre-qualification and forwarding to your Bodo ticket inbox.A separate OpenAI account is required. API usage is billed directly between you and OpenAI.
Newsletter Tool
+CHF 150/month — newsletter sending, analytics for opens and clicks, plus template management.
Additional staff IDs
+CHF 99/month per additional ID — for additional team members such as consultants, assistants or support staff.
Hourly rate: CHF 150 net per hour
On request, a rough cost framework can be agreed before work begins.
VAT and invoicing
All prices are listed in CHF and exclude VAT. Swiss VAT (8.1%) applies only to customers based in Switzerland. EU business customers are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism. All other international customers are invoiced without VAT.
International payments
International payments are processed in CHF. Your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency.
