The Journey Behind Bodo
My name is Andreas Krämer, and I am the founder and owner of Hairforlife (https://hairforlife-international.com, https://haartransplantation.de, https://hairforlife.ch), a leading consulting service in the field of hair transplantation since 2004. For nearly 20 years, I have been helping people with hair loss on their journey to new hair, providing comprehensive advice based on my own experiences and extensive knowledge. My own journey began in the 1990s when I underwent several hair transplants. The varying results sparked a desire in me to help others make the right decision, leading to the creation of Hairforlife.
Aside from my professional passion, I am also a proud father of young triplets. My family is an important part of my life, and their support has inspired me to keep moving forward and develop innovative solutions like Bodo.
Throughout my career, I have visited numerous clinics and hair surgeons around the world, accompanied many live operations, and regularly attended international congresses to observe the latest hair transplantation techniques. These experiences have helped me continuously deepen my knowledge and offer my clients well-informed advice.
Andreas Krämer’s increasing media presence in Germany and Switzerland leads to a flood of emails
Over time, my reputation grew, not least due to over 20 years of TV & Media appearances on channels like SAT 1, SWR, ZDF, and in Switzerland on SFR and Tele Züri. After my first TV appearance on SAT 1 in 2005, I received so many inquiries and emails that conventional email systems were quickly overwhelmed. Although other systems existed, they were often too complex, bloated, or lacked optimal image and information display. This led to the idea of developing my own solution, tailored precisely to my needs.
The Birth of Bodo – A Name with Personal Significance
Out of this need, Bodo was created – a clever ticketing system for emails and messages. The name “Bodo” has personal significance, as it was often used humorously in my family, such as “Bodo the vacuum cleaner” or “Bodo the builder”🙂. When I was looking for a suitable name for my software, I remembered this familiar and unique name.
In discussions with many people, including experts in the field, it became clear that the name “Bodo” was actually quite fitting for my product. It’s memorable, simple, and has a friendly ring to it. It brings me joy to use this name for my system.
A Tailored Ticketing System for Managing Inquiries Efficiently
Bodo is not just a simple mail ticketing solution; it is a customized system that tackles the challenges I faced myself: the efficient management and processing of a large number of inquiries. Today, Bodo is used not only by me but also by renowned clinics like the HLC Clinic in Turkey and Dr. Lars Heitmann, one of the most well-known hair surgeons, past and actual president of the Hair Surgeons Association FUE-Europe.com (2024).
